Job Title: Retail Operations Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at Tom Tailor. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores, ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional shopping experience, and driving sales growth through effective inventory management and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, increase sales, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage and motivate a team of store managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the buying team to ensure that inventory levels are optimized and that products are displayed effectively
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising plans to create an engaging and inviting store environment
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Develop and implement plans to improve store operations, including inventory management, stockroom organization, and cash handling procedures
  • Ensure that all store staff are trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including store managers, district managers, and corporate teams

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail operations management, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of store managers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and identify opportunities for growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork
  • Strong knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store operations
  • Ability to travel regularly to store locations, with a valid driver's license
