About the Role: Inizio Engage XD is seeking a dedicated Account Manager specializing in Nephrology. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong background in pharmaceuticals or medical studies, complemented by sales experience and a robust network within the Nephrology sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering expert consultation to clients in nephrology practices and dialysis facilities.
  • Establishing and nurturing relationships with influential opinion leaders and professional circles.
  • Executing marketing and sales initiatives to achieve financial objectives.
  • Conducting thorough analyses of territory, competition, and customer needs.
  • Coordinating regional training sessions.
  • Engaging in industry conferences and networking events.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical or medical disciplines.
  • Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, particularly in the Nephrology domain.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and proficiency in MS Office.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
