IT-Spezialist*in für Software-Management

Als primärer Digitalisierungspartner der Bundeswehr erbringen wir stabile, sichere und effiziente IT-Services im In- und Ausland, vom Grundbetrieb bis in den einsatznahen Bereich und tragen so zur kontinuierlichen Erhöhung der Führungs- und Einsatzfähigkeit der Bundeswehr bei.

Das Service Package Software Management beinhaltet Services, die das Management des kompletten Software-Lifecycle für Client-Software auf verschiedenen Plattformen und mandantenübergreifend betreiben, verantworten und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln.

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Durchführung des operativen Software-Lifecycle-Managements sowie Steuerung, Koordination und Tracking der bereitzustellenden Software-Releases
  • Sicherstellung des stabilen und verlässlichen Betriebs der verantworteten IT-Lösungen inkl. Übernahme der End-2-End-Verantwortung für dedizierte Softwareprodukte und den Service
  • Aktive Serviceentwicklung bzw. -weiterentwicklung auf Basis von Kunden- und Technologieanforderungen sowie CSI-Maßnahmen hinsichtlich Effektivität und Effizienz
  • Mitwirkung in Projekten und bei Sonderthemen inkl. der verantwortlichen Umsetzung der Anforderungen von Kunden, Projekten und Stakeholdern
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Reportings sowie Ermittlung und Festlegung von KPIs unter Berücksichtigung vorhandener SLAs und OLAs
Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium bzw. eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich IT
  • Etwa 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Service-Management sowie Erfahrung in der fachlichen Führung und im Projektmanagement
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Softwarebereitstellung und -verteilung auf Client-basierten Systemen
  • Ganzheitliche Sicht und ausgeprägtes Verständnis von End-2-End-Serviceverantwortung und Dienstleistung, ITIL-Zertifizierung von Vorteil
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstein, Teamfähigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie eine selbstständige, lösungs- und kundenorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie ein sicheres Verständnis der englischen Sprache
