Join our team as an Exchange Systems Administrator (m/f/d)
Noerr Solutions | Digital Recruitment is collaborating with a prominent energy firm that operates across various European locations. They are in search of skilled professionals to enhance their Exchange Administration capabilities.
This position offers the flexibility of remote work.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the organization’s email infrastructure utilizing Microsoft Exchange and Exchange Online
- Manage updates and patches for server applications within the email framework
- Support and maintain integrated interface solutions, including SMTP relay, email security, fax gateway, certificate management, and email archiving
- Deliver 2nd and 3rd-level support for the existing network, client, and server infrastructure, addressing incidents and service requests through a centralized ticketing system
- Administer Microsoft 365 groups and develop comprehensive documentation
- Completed vocational training in IT or a related field
- Significant experience in administering Microsoft Exchange Server
- Familiarity with Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 is a plus
- In-depth understanding of SMTP relay, email security, certificate management, and mail archiving
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a methodical and analytical mindset
- Proficient in both German and English
