About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Leader to join our team at AWO Kreis Mettmann gemeinnützige GmbH. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for the overall management of our childcare program, ensuring the well-being and development of our children.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement pedagogical programs and activities for children aged 6-12
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment
  • Manage and supervise a team of childcare professionals
  • Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of children in our care
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in early childhood education or a related field
  • Experience in childcare or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
