Digital Business Analyst for Insurance Solutions

Position Overview

We are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to enhance PhoeniX, our integrated platform for property and casualty insurance. Together, we will innovate the IT landscape of the future.

  • Oversee requirement management within an Agile Release Train throughout the complete development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team at the intersection of IT and business functions as part of a large agile organization.
  • Act as a knowledgeable liaison for the development and reengineering of the platform.
  • Develop expertise in our clientele and interfaces in the expanding domain of "composite business architecture and application coordination."

Qualifications / Requirements

A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Mathematics, or equivalent professional experience is required. Familiarity with agile methodologies such as Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or Design Thinking is essential.

  • Strong affinity for IT and technology, with practical experience and the capability to articulate complex topics clearly.
  • Proficient in requirements management and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Structured methodology and excellent communication abilities.
  • High level of customer focus.
  • Experience with technologies such as Cloud, Domain-Driven Design, and Micro-Services is advantageous.
