About the Role

Morgan Latif | B Corp™ is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Transformation to join our executive leadership team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business system development and improvement across the company.

Key Responsibilities

As Senior Vice President of Operational Excellence and Transformation, you will:

  • Develop and Oversee Business Systems
    • Design, implement, and manage a global corporate function encompassing all business functions, including manufacturing, sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Design and Execute Key Initiatives
    • Lead the design, establishment, and expansion of company-wide initiatives in areas like process improvement, digital transformation, and organizational development.
  • Lead Leadership and Team Management
    • Develop and implement a global organizational structure, building a team of around 50 people (direct and indirect) to support business system development and improvement.
  • Develop Business Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive business system strategy aimed at increasing efficiency, effectiveness, and agility in all business areas.
  • Benchmarking and Best Practices
    • Conduct regular benchmark analyses of business systems, leadership, and process improvement from relevant industries to identify and adopt best practices.
  • Talent Development and Training Programs
    • Create and implement training programs for managers and employees at all levels to instill a deep understanding of the business system's philosophy and standards.
  • Fostering Lean Culture
    • Lead the implementation of a lean culture across the company, promoting continuous improvement globally.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous Experience in a Similar Role
    • Previous exposure to a similar executive leadership function, having developed an operational excellence program in both manufacturing and corporate functions.
  • Strategic Leadership and Vision
    • Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategies to increase company competitiveness and productivity.
  • Innovation and Change Management
    • Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions while managing organizational change.
  • Analytical and Benchmarking Skills
    • Ability to interpret data, conduct benchmark analysis, and make informed decisions based on KPIs and metrics.
  • Training and Talent Development
    • Experience in creating training programs and fostering leadership talent to ensure the effective application of the business system's policies and standards.
  • Language Skills
    • Fluency in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage.
