About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Banking Professional to join our team at Sparda-Banken. As a Bankkauffrau Junior, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and financial guidance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing personalized banking solutions and advice.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations on various banking products, including Girokonto, Online-Banking, Bausparen, Versicherungen, Vorsorge, Geldanlage, and Privatkredit.
  • Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions to meet their financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and partners as needed to provide comprehensive support.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Hold a degree in Banking or a related field, with a passion for customer service and sales.
  • Have experience in banking product sales and advisory, with a strong understanding of relevant regulations (e.g., WpHG).
  • Be customer-centric, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess a friendly and fair approach, with a strong focus on building trust and rapport with customers.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, valuing collaboration and open communication.
