We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Tourism and Travel Sales Professional.

About the Role

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them plan and organize their dream vacations.
  • Sell travel packages and other tourism-related services from our extensive product portfolio.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer loyalty.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experiences.

Requirements

  • A degree in a related field, such as tourism, hospitality, or business, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the tourism industry and travel products, as well as experience with reservation and booking systems.
  • Fluency in German, both written and spoken.
