Key Responsibilities:
- Design and evaluate standardized alert and case management procedures for the Actimize platform as part of the global deployment strategy, incorporating necessary local modifications.
- Draft requirements and specifications for the enhancement of current Transaction Monitoring systems.
- Facilitate coordination with regional stakeholders to ensure streamlined and cohesive implementation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to develop customizations for Actimize, including specific rules, reports, roles, and SQL analyses.
- University degree in Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in implementation projects, particularly with Actimize SAM-C, SAM-R, and ActOne.
- Familiarity with relevant banking products, associated money laundering risks, and data flows, gained through initial experience in anti-money laundering, especially in transaction monitoring within a global banking context.
- Basic proficiency in SQL.
- Experience in customizing Actimize (Rules, DART Reports, Roles, etc.) is a plus.
- Effective communication skills (both verbal and written) across all organizational levels in English and German.
- A passion for developing new tasks and processes, with experience in an agile environment being advantageous.
