Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform instrumental analysis (gas chromatography/mass spectrometry, HPLC) as part of flavor development for raw materials, finished products, and customer samples.
- Provide advisory and support to the flavorists in the development of new flavors.
- Manage and maintain analytical data and optimize this data for use in our digital systems and for the development of new digital tools.
- Contribute ideas for the innovative digitalization of the analytical workflow.
- Ensure optimal information exchange within the department and with all relevant interfaces.
- Optimize processes and organizational structures, and implement corresponding measures in consultation with your direct supervisor.
- Implement internal and legal specifications and guidelines regarding hygiene, HACCP, food safety, operational safety, and environmental protection.
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in Analytical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a comparable field of study.
- Ideally, you have already gained experience with gas chromatography/mass spectrometry and Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
- You are enthusiastic about working with data and IT systems.
- A high level of customer orientation and good time management are top priorities for you.
- Ideally, you have initial experience with SAP.
- Your work language is English, German is a plus.
