About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join our team at Siemens AG. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for leading electrical projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, technicians, and contractors
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks as necessary
  • Collaborate with other project managers to ensure seamless integration of electrical projects with other disciplines
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management, with a strong background in electrical engineering
  • Proven track record of delivering complex electrical projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and Asana
