Analyst/Associate für Unternehmensfusionen und -übernahmen (m/w/d) – Schwerpunkt Finanzen oder Strategie IHRE AUFGABEN
  • Sie begleiten M&A-Projekte im Midmarket-Segment (Sell-Side und Buy-Side) in zukunftsorientierten Sektoren wie Gesundheitswesen & Medizintechnik, Technologie, Medien & Telekommunikation, Nachhaltigkeitstechnologien, Industrie & Robotik, Konsumgüter & Internet, sowie Unternehmensdienstleistungen.
  • Sie betreuen Projekte über den gesamten Transaktionsprozess hinweg.
Schwerpunkt Strategie
  • Sie analysieren Märkte, Geschäftsmodelle und Wettbewerber und entwickeln mit Ihrer Expertise Unternehmenspräsentationen und Informationsmemoranden für unsere Klienten.
  • Sie identifizieren geeignete internationale Investoren und Zielunternehmen und unterstützen die Ansprache im Transaktionsprozess.
  • Sie helfen bei Due-Diligence-Prozessen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Klienten und begleiten Verhandlungen.
Schwerpunkt Finanzen
  • Sie erstellen und validieren Finanzplanungen und führen Unternehmensbewertungen sowie diverse Analysen durch.
  • Sie unterstützen Due-Diligence-Prozesse durch die Analyse und Aufbereitung von Finanzdaten.
  • Sie beraten unsere Klienten mit einem Fokus auf finanzielle Themen und begleiten Verhandlungen.
