As a vital member of our construction team, you will:

• Ensure the smoothness and durability of roads, pathways, bridges, and pavements
• Address potholes and other surface damages effectively
• Learn to prepare asphalt mixtures tailored to various stress conditions
• Gain knowledge in the transportation and processing of materials on-site
• Maintain and repair essential tools and equipment
• Develop expertise in asphalt construction techniques

Candidate Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education
• A passion for outdoor work complemented by strong manual skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work in a team
