Responsibilities
- As Lead Developer Fullstack, you will decide on the technical implementation of our application architecture and the use of technologies, methods, and frameworks.
- You will lead the development team and coach colleagues in handling the technology stack.
- You will advise the departments on the implementation of complex business applications.
- In an agile project environment, you will analyze requirements.
- You will proficiently use modern tools (e.g. OpenShift, Gitlab, Gradle) and frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot, Vue.js).
- You will be part of a cross-functional team and actively participate in shaping architectures, processes, and tech stacks.
Requirements
- You have successfully completed your studies in Computer Science or a related field.
- You have experience with various aspects of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) in the enterprise environment.
- You have project experience in agile software development (SCRUM/Kanban) and building complex web applications.
- You have excellent knowledge in software development and core technologies Java/JavaScript/TypeScript, as well as frameworks Spring Boot, Vue.js, or Angular/React.
- You have a solid understanding of API-driven (Web) architectures, practical experience in DevOps, cloud-native technologies, and communicate fluently in German and English.
