About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a key member of our quality management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and document release tests, including validation, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Monitor sterilization processes to prevent contamination and ensure product safety.
- Implement and evaluate hygiene monitoring programs to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Manage laboratory operations, including the handling and storage of samples and reagents.
- Support the investigation of production problems and complaints, and assist in the development of corrective actions.
- Participate in quality planning and conduct external audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations, and implement quality management projects as needed.
Requirements
- Successful completion of medical-technical training as a chemical laboratory technician, CTA, BTA, or a comparable qualification.
- First professional experience in the field of quality management.
- Knowledge of laboratory techniques and microbiology is desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant quality standards and technical norms is desirable.
- IT user skills, including MS Office.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
- High quality awareness and ability to work in a team.
- An independent, structured, and goal-oriented way of working, as well as organizational skills.
