Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Marketing Intern to join our dynamic team at Sparkle GmbH. As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for managing and developing our social media presence across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation: Develop and implement a content strategy that showcases our brand's personality and aesthetic, including creating high-quality visual content for social media platforms.
  • Platform Management: Manage and maintain our social media presence across multiple platforms, including scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics.
  • Community Engagement: Foster a strong online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments and messages, and creating a positive brand image.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and other key performance indicators, and provide regular reports to the team.
Requirements
  • Fluent English: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas for content and social media campaigns.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in social media management tools, including Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Team Player: Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
