Welcome to Amazon External Fulfillment Germany GmbH. We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing operational processes and workflows for Amazon customer orders in the warehouse. Your tasks will include coordinating with logistics service providers, monitoring key warehouse metrics, and assisting in personnel planning and process improvement. Effective communication with various stakeholders is essential in this role. Travel to other Vendor-Flex sites may be required occasionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and improve processes in the Vendor-Flex area, ensuring seamless execution of logistics operations.
  • Manage the service relationship with logistics service providers, focusing on warehouse operations such as Receive, Stow, Pick, Pack, Shipping & Transportation, Shipping, and Quality.
  • Engage with representatives from logistics service providers, procurement, and transportation companies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators to align with business goals, driving process improvements and efficiency gains.
  • Provide consulting services for process improvement and production efficiency, leveraging expertise to drive business outcomes.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience in logistics processes, with a strong understanding of supply chain operations.
  • Basic knowledge of personnel management, with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English skills for effective communication, with the ability to analyze and communicate data.
  • Valid driver's license, with a strong understanding of logistics operations.
  • Advanced German language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.
