Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Translator (m/f/d) for German to join our dynamic team, contributing to exciting projects.
- Conduct translation, editing, and proofreading across diverse text types.
- Engage in subtitling, including transcription and translation tasks.
- Localize content to ensure suitability for the German market.
- Maintain and update glossaries and style guides.
- Perform thorough terminology research.
- Oversee end-to-end localization projects in over 15 languages.
- Generate contracts and manage invoicing processes.
- Assist in the recruitment of freelance translators.
- Native-level proficiency in German.
- Fluency in English (minimum C1 level); additional language skills, particularly in Japanese, Chinese, or French, are advantageous.
- A degree in translation or a related linguistic field.
- Experience with texts in the areas of Pedagogy, Marketing, Sales, or IT is preferred.
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail along with excellent organizational and time management abilities.
