Job Title: Security Operations Manager

Continuity Global Solutions (CGS) is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee the management and performance of the guard force at an assigned U.S. Army installation(s) in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage security operations and ensure contractor performance at assigned U.S. Army installations
  • Direct line management of armed guards assigned to the military installation(s)
  • Ensure quality control and contract compliance
  • Perform accurate and detailed reporting
Requirements:
  • Security or law enforcement administration experience in the armed forces, civilian police, or commercial security agencies
  • Leadership experience and project/program management skills
  • Experience managing armed security personnel and expertise in physical security and access control
  • Computer literacy and ability to use common office management tools
  • Experience in basic communications and radio use/procedures
  • Secondary education or national diploma and minimum five years of police, military, and/or security management experience
  • Minimum two years of work experience in Germany and intimate knowledge of overseas security environments
  • Risk management skills and liability and good conduct on past assignments
Desired Education & Experience:

  • Minimum two years of work experience in Germany and intimate knowledge of overseas security environments
Other Required Qualifications:
  • Professional fluency in both English and German
  • Familiarity with applicable U.S. military regulations and German laws
  • Native-born citizen of a NATO-member country or U.S. citizen
  • Meet security criteria in accordance with AER requirements
  • Pass a background check and be a resident of Germany for 12 consecutive months at the time of contract award
  • Willing to sign a Letter of Commitment with CGS
