Your role includes:
As the Assistant to the Market Director, you will aid the store manager in several key areas, including:
- Managing product assortment and executing sales strategies
- Assisting in the oversight of sales performance, costs, and inventory
- Ensuring efficient store operations
- Adhering to regulatory compliance
- Overseeing quality management and customer relations
- Managing staff and creating work schedules
Your profile:
- Completed training in retail, ideally within the grocery sector
- Additional qualifications as a Trade Specialist are advantageous
- Experience in a similar capacity or leadership role in retail
- Strong business acumen and retail experience
- Service-oriented, responsible, and approachable demeanor
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
- Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented approaches
