Your role includes:

As the Assistant to the Market Director, you will aid the store manager in several key areas, including:

  • Managing product assortment and executing sales strategies
  • Assisting in the oversight of sales performance, costs, and inventory
  • Ensuring efficient store operations
  • Adhering to regulatory compliance
  • Overseeing quality management and customer relations
  • Managing staff and creating work schedules

Your profile:

  • Completed training in retail, ideally within the grocery sector
  • Additional qualifications as a Trade Specialist are advantageous
  • Experience in a similar capacity or leadership role in retail
  • Strong business acumen and retail experience
  • Service-oriented, responsible, and approachable demeanor
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient in problem-solving and results-oriented approaches
