Wir suchen eine erfahrene Führungskraft, die unsere Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekte erfolgreich leitet. Als Institutsleiter in Digital Farming sind Sie verantwortlich für die strategische Ausrichtung unserer Forschung und Entwicklung. Sie gestalten den wissenschaftlichen und wirtschaftlichen Erfolg sowie die Zukunftsfähigkeit des Instituts in enger Abstimmung mit der zweiten Institutsleitung.

Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Thematische Ausrichtung der Forschung
  • Projektakquise und -durchführung
  • Transfer von Forschungsergebnissen in die Wirtschaft
  • Personeller und organisatorischer Aufbau des Instituts
Voraussetzungen
  • Abgeschlossenes naturwissenschaftliches oder technisches Hochschulstudium
  • Promotion
  • Universitätsprofessur auf dem Gebiet des Digital Farmings
  • Langjährige Erfahrung in der Führung großer, interdisziplinärer Forschungsgruppen
  • Fundierte Expertise im Software- und Systems Engineering
