Technical Sales Specialist for Timber Construction Projects
Your Responsibilities
- Engage with internal teams focused on project development and sales to devise innovative building solutions for wood modular and hybrid construction projects.
- Address inquiries from clients and collaborate with suppliers or architects during the pre-project phase, aiding project management with the assembly of necessary documentation.
- Perform detailed calculations of partial and total project costs, establishing cost frameworks for initiatives, and support the sales team in contract discussions and finalizing orders.
- Oversee the transition to project management following successful project acquisition, ensuring a smooth handover.
Your Qualifications
- Possess a degree or education in a construction-related field, with a keen interest in timber construction.
- Leverage experience in project management or cost estimation, along with technical expertise to effectively manage daily project responsibilities.
- Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously and methodically, with a strong emphasis on quality and cost efficiency.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both internal and external project stakeholders as a committed team player.
