Insurance Performance Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our team in the Insurance Benefits department. As a Group Leader, you will be responsible for steering the team towards achieving qualitative and quantitative goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and achieve business objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Make informed decisions on complex business cases within your area of expertise.
- Oversee the development of specialized topics and create relevant working instructions.
- Analyze workflows and create well-reasoned proposals for process optimization.
Requirements
- You hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- You have extensive experience in the Insurance Benefits department and possess leadership skills.
- You have successfully worked on projects and led teams.
- You have experience in designing and optimizing operational processes.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are a self-motivated and entrepreneurial individual who can work independently and persuasively.
