DB InfraGO AG is seeking a skilled Train Traffic Controller to join their team in various locations. As a key member of the 'Leading the Train' program, you will play a crucial role in managing train traffic efficiently and ensuring safe and punctual operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage train traffic in the control center to optimize efficiency and safety
- Collaborate with team members and other railway personnel to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor and respond to any issues or disruptions in train traffic
- Develop and implement strategies to improve train traffic management and reduce delays
Your Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 semesters completed in any field of study or equivalent vocational training
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work well under pressure
- Independent, detail-oriented, and solution-focused work approach
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Good communication skills and flexibility as a team player
