Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for managing changes to our IT production environment, analyzing incidents, and coordinating the resolution process. You will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and control instruments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage changes to the IT production environment, including classification, monitoring, planning, and approval
  • Analyze and resolve critical incidents, and coordinate the resolution process
  • Monitor, evaluate, and optimize SLAs and control instruments
  • Prepare and present regular reports
  • Coordinate and collaborate with various departments, project teams, and infrastructure colleagues
Requirements
  • University degree in Computer Science or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in monitoring and/or service-level management
  • Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and a passion for IT projects, particularly in the infrastructure area
  • Team player with high levels of independence, initiative, and willingness to take on new challenges
  • First experiences are desirable but not mandatory
