Automotive Quality Assurance Specialist

Are you a quality-driven professional looking for a new challenge in the automotive sector? We're seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to join our team at GULP – experts united. As a Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and improve development projects, processing customer complaints, and analyzing errors.
  • Develop and monitor improvement measures, including documentation and internal/external communication.
  • Ensure the implementation of relevant Q standards and customer-specific requirements.
  • Further develop the QM system and plan/conduct internal and external audits.
  • Moderate FMEA workshops and ensure the quality of our products.

Requirements:

  • Completed studies in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • Professional experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing company.
  • In-depth technical understanding of manufacturing processes, including welding, soldering, and crimping.
  • Knowledge of quality methods FMEA, 8D, 5Why, SPC, and more.
  • Confident knowledge of German and English.
  • Excellent communication and rhetorical skills.
  • High degree of initiative, resilience, and teamwork ability.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing situations.
