About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bearbeitet vor Ort die Onlinebestellungen über ein internes REWE System und bereitet sie für den Abholservice und den Lieferservice vor.
  • Kommissioniert die Waren (d. h. vor allem das Abpacken und Verpacken von Lebensmitteln) und stellt Kund:innen das Paket termingerecht zum Abholzeitpunkt bereit.
  • Führt die Kassiervorgänge zuverlässig durch und stellt eine korrekte Abrechnung der Scannerkasse sicher.
  • Kontrolliert fachgerecht den Wareneingang und achtet auf die Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten.
  • Unterstützt im Verkauf, kümmerst sich um die Warenverräumung, die Preisauszeichnung und unsere Kund:innen sind bei dir gut beraten.
Requirements
  • Idealweise deine Berufserfahrung, die du im Handel, in der Kommissionierung oder bei Lagertätigkeiten gesammelt hast – auch als Quereinsteiger:in bist du bei uns herzlich willkommen
  • Deine zuverlässige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Dein technisches Verständnis und dein Sinn für Ordnung
  • Dein Bewusstsein für Termintreue und deine Fähigkeit, dir die Aufgaben entsprechend einzuteilen
  • Deine ausgesprochene Freundlichkeit gegenüber Kund:innen
  • Idealweise deine Vorerfahrungen im Umgang mit Programmen zur Bearbeitung von Onlinebestellungen; alternativ deine Bereitschaft, dich damit auseinanderzusetzen
