Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer - Python to play a key role in driving the further development of our platform. As a member of our team, you will design and implement frontend and backend solutions, focusing on fast, efficient, and high-quality development results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust, scalable solutions for our platform, ensuring seamless integration and ongoing operation.
  • Work closely with the team to conduct regular code reviews, ensuring code quality and sharing knowledge.
  • Discuss architectures with the Head of Software, provide feedback, and contribute to strategic development.
  • Develop solutions with a focus on search engine and performance optimization of our frontend.
Requirements
  • Degree in a computer science-related field or corresponding apprenticeship.
  • Relevant professional experience (at least 3-5 years), ideally in several of the following technologies: Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, SQL/PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Amazon AWS, Heroku, Vercel, OpenAI.
  • Experience in front-end development with a focus on search engine and performance optimization (SEO, Web Core Vitals).
  • Experience in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), automated testing, and DevOps is also desirable.
  • Very good English skills - German is a plus.
  • An independent, responsible way of working.
