Deine Aufgaben in unserem Team:

  • Entwicklung: Du entwirfst und testest Lösungen zur Automatisierung komplexer Abläufe mit UiPath.
  • Qualitätssicherung: Du gewährleistest, dass unsere Lösungen höchsten Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und unterstützt Deine Kolleg*innen bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Entwicklungsprozesse.
  • Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Fachabteilungen zusammen und identifizierst neue Möglichkeiten zur Prozessautomatisierung.
  • Coaching & Beratung: Du teilst Dein Wissen und berätst Deine Kolleg*innen hinsichtlich Qualität und Automatisierung. Du bist eine zentrale Figur in der Vermittlung von Fachkenntnissen und Best Practices.
  • Agile Entwicklung: Du setzt Agile/SCRUM und DevOps Methoden ein.


Voraussetzungen

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Sprachen: Deutsch und Englisch (mindestens C1)
  • Ausbildung: Universitäts- oder Fachhochschulabschluss in Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, Mathematik, Physik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang / vergleichbare praktische Erfahrungen.
  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 3 - 4 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit UiPath oder anderen RPA-Lösungen (BluePrism, AutomationAnywhere, PowerAutomate, Robocorp). Erfahrung mit Software-Repositories (GIT, TFS usw.).
  • Teamgeist: Du bist ein Teamplayer, selbstmotiviert, gut organisiert und kommunikationsstark.


Pluspunkte:

  • Kenntnisse in objektorientierter Programmierung (C#, Java oder Python bevorzugt).
  • Erfahrung in Testautomatisierung, Künstlicher Intelligenz oder Machine Learning.
