We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Manager to join our Investment Risk Management Team. As a Senior Risk Manager, you will be responsible for establishing a sound risk management framework to support our digital asset activities. This includes identifying, assessing, and mitigating fiduciary risks associated with digital asset products, such as ETCs and stablecoins.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement a framework to identify, assess, and mitigate fiduciary risks associated with digital asset products.
- Develop and implement robust risk monitoring mechanisms to track key risk indicators and early warning signals.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement effective risk management strategies and protocols.
- Develop risk management trainings to educate stakeholders on risks associated with digital asset solutions.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in the fintech or cryptocurrency industry, with experience with stablecoin being a strong plus.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology and digital/crypto asset markets, associated risks, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess complex risks and develop pragmatic solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Proficiency in data analysis and programming languages, such as Python, R, SQL, and Tableau.
- Proven experience in managing big data and automating processes.
- Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English, with German being a plus.
