ERP Operations Specialist

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Taking charge of the assessment, documentation, and enhancement of business workflows, particularly in the financial sector, that are linked to our ERP system (MS Dynamics 365 Business Central).
- Collaborating closely with the ERP development team and other internal divisions to ensure seamless integration of financial operations.
- Assisting in defining interfaces between the ERP system and other platforms, especially concerning financial data and processes.
- Supporting projects related to global consolidation, high-volume financial data processing (e-commerce), and settlement operations.
What We Expect from You:
- A minimum of two years of experience as a consultant, key user, or in a similar role with ERP systems (preferably MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and their application in finance.
- Proficiency in process analysis, improvements, and related documentation (e.g., BPMN or Event Storming).
- The ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics and gain deep insights into technical or commercial processes, particularly in finance.
- A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaborating with colleagues from diverse fields. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to convey complex financial matters clearly and drive their implementation efficiently.
- In addition to your accounting knowledge, you have a solid understanding of both technical and procedural interfaces.
- Fluency in English and German is essential.
- Experience with agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban is a plus.
