Job Responsibilities- Identify potential partnerships and build revenue pipelines to drive growth.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats in the industry.
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including project management, team coordination, and resource allocation.
- Play a role in building and nurturing a high-performing team by participating in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Act as a liaison between different teams (Growth, Operations, Procurement) ensuring effective communication and alignment of goals.
- Curiosity and passion for hyper growth startups.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Hands-on mentality with a focus on implementation.
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business or a related field.
- First experience in a highly competitive and fast-paced environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or a high-growth startup.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
