Your Key Responsibilities: Effective Cleaning Oversight
- Coordinator: Independently manage and oversee external cleaning service providers in our facilities.
- Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact for all inquiries related to cleaning services.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections in various areas to ensure compliance with service agreements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address any deficiencies or service deviations with external partners.
- Budget Management: Oversee financial planning and cost management within the cleaning department.
- Process Improvement: Develop and implement strategies to optimize cleaning operations.
Your Qualifications:
- Professional Background: Completed training in building cleaning or a related vocational qualification.
- Certification: Further training as a facility manager or specialist in cleaning and hygiene (m/f/d) is preferred or a willingness to pursue this qualification.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing cleaning services.
- Business Insight: Strong understanding of business economics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
