Our airlines are integral to the cargo networks of leading express parcel integrators and online retailers. Position Overview:
ASL Airlines Ireland is currently accepting applications for future recruitment of ATR Captains. Interested candidates are encouraged to submit their applications for consideration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and mentor the First Officer regarding standards, conduct, and appearance, fostering an environment conducive to optimal crew cooperation.
- Implement and promote the company’s safety management system (SMS) to ensure the prevention of accidents.
- Ensure the safety of the aircraft and all persons and/or property on board, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Comply with all operational procedures and checklists as outlined in the Operations Manual.
- In emergency situations requiring immediate decision-making, take necessary actions in accordance with regulations to ensure safety.
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 4,000 hours of total flight time.
- A minimum of 500 PIC hours on ATR 42/72 aircraft.
- Valid ATR Type Rating.
- ICAO Level 4 English Proficiency.
- Current Class One Medical certification.
- No history of accidents or incidents.
- Possess a passport allowing unrestricted global travel.
- Eligibility to live and work within the EU.
