Become a vital member of one of Europe's leading software firms and take on the role of a Student Trainee (all genders) to assist our Legal Affairs Division.

Integrate into a worldwide legal team, liaising with colleagues and legal experts to ensure seamless and effective operations. Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the legal division, which includes file management, organizing meetings, and preparing legal documents and communications. Contribute to various legal initiatives and projects, performing legal research as needed, compiling data, and drafting summaries or reports. Understand the complete legal framework and each phase of the corporate compliance journey, applying pertinent legal knowledge to support these phases. Proactively identify potential legal challenges and assist in the operational execution of legal processes and policies. Foster and maintain trustworthy relationships with team members and stakeholders from different departments to provide ongoing legal support on a global scale.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a law degree or a related discipline with a focus on legal studies. Strong grasp of fundamental legal concepts and terminology; familiarity with IT law or corporate law is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). High motivation level and a proactive approach, capable of working collaboratively or independently. Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential; knowledge of German is a plus.
