Role Overview:
In this position, you will be tasked with executing production orders efficiently, utilizing available resources effectively, ensuring quality standards are met, and adhering to all relevant regulations.
This is a temporary role with a duration of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Preparation
- Accessing technical drawings
- Assessing the availability of components and materials in line with production schedules
- Preparing parts and materials for assembly
- Adjusting order sequences in response to discrepancies
- Reporting on the status of Kanban containers
- Documenting assembly processes
- Coordinating assembly tasks with colleagues
- Assembling components according to specifications, verifying for precision and defects
- Setting up testing and assembly tools, adjusting as necessary
- Constructing multi-layered assemblies
- Building various modules and products with complex assembly components
- Rectifying minor defects
- Reporting irreparable defects and communicating potential causes to supervisors or relevant departments
- Moving materials to subsequent workstations
Quality Control
- Evaluating the functionality, quality, and completeness of assembly components as per guidelines
- Detecting defects in components, products, and assemblies (e.g., tolerance issues, failures, incorrect parts, condition, leaks)
- Correcting defects through part replacement or adjustments
- Documenting defects by type and frequency
- Suggesting corrective actions
- Identifying weaknesses in the assembly process and proposing improvements
Maintenance Duties
- Performing maintenance and cleaning tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
Candidate Profile:
- 1-2 years of experience in precision assembly
- Proficiency in written and spoken German
- Adaptability and flexibility
- Strong teamwork skills
- Responsible work ethic
