Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department at our Erlensee location. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of three HR professionals and managing a workforce of 300 employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic HR plans to drive business growth and employee engagement.
  • Lead the recruitment and selection process for all HR positions, ensuring a diverse and talented team.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, including onboarding, leadership development, and skills enhancement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including the works council, authorities, and service providers, to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR administration, including payroll, benefits, and employee data.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in human resources management, including leadership roles.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
