Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated and qualified Early Childhood Educator (all genders) to join our team in the Elementary Area. As a member of our educational team, you will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing child-friendly educational activities and projects that promote language learning and cultural awareness.
- Collaborating with parents to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
- Observing and documenting child development, and maintaining a language learning diary to track progress.
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve educational goals and objectives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A state-recognized training or degree in social pedagogy or a comparable qualification.
- Strong interest in working in early childhood education and existing professional experience in nursery or kindergarten.
- Identification with our educational concept and motivation to creatively implement it together in the team.
- Fluent English and German language skills at C2 level, and interest in working in an international team.
As a member of our team, you can expect:
