Key Responsibilities- Providing care and support to individuals with physical, mental, emotional, and social needs
- Providing basic care services to individuals in their homes
- Implementing treatment-related measures under guidance
- Care documentation
- State-recognized qualification as a Care Assistant in Elderly / Nursing Care; or as a Care Assistant without qualification, or Career Changers without prior experience are welcome
- Class B driving license
- Ability to work independently, flexibility, and resilience
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays, as well as in a shift work arrangement
- Team player
- High level of social competence and empathy
- Loyalty to the Church and Diakonie
- An interesting part-time or full-time job
- Individual working time models possible after consultation
