Product Assurance Manager

Are you a seasoned professional in the European Space/Aerospace industry looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and reliability?
Your Key Responsibilities:- Design, implement, and update PA/QA processes to meet industry standards and requirements
- Ensure comprehensive, current, and accessible documentation
- Organize product and quality assurance roles within the team
- Coordinate between project managers, engineers, and stakeholders
- Provide guidance and support for PA/QA issues
- Lead and manage the Project PA/QA team with clear objectives and roles
- Support in establishing and maintaining quality management throughout the project lifecycle
- Establish, monitor, and analyze KPIs for continuous improvement
- Report on good practices, non-conformities, trends, audit statuses, KPIs, and quality costs to the CEO with regular updates and monthly reports
- Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering or similar qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a Product Assurance role in the European Space/Aerospace industry
- Excellent English skills (written and oral), German is beneficial but not necessary
- Experience in delivering work-packages to time and budget constraints
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, knowledge of ISO 9100 is desirable
- Experience with Quality Management Tools and Techniques
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills with strong time management
- Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, self-motivated, flexible, and capable of working under pressure
