In the context of a personnel leasing arrangement, we are seeking a Reporting Specialist for our team.
Location: Stuttgart
Your Responsibilities- Accountable for the design and establishment of a centralized Data Warehouse focused on Overhead Controlling for the product area cost reporting within the Cost ART (Agile Release Train) and its integration into a cross-departmental BI solution.
- System development utilizing the SAFe Scaled Agile Framework and the resulting Customer Centricity approach in collaboration with international business owners and project partners.
- Independent analysis and alignment of the specific requirements from the respective business owners and cost-controlling product teams in a complex environment regarding feasibility. This includes the examination of data sources to be integrated and the incorporation into relevant data models.
- Implementation of requirements through the autonomous creation and submission of User Stories for designed functionalities to IT and external service providers. This also involves coordinating the specific requirements with IT colleagues to ensure functional and data integration.
- Ensuring compliance and further development of overarching Data Governance.
- Requirements such as documentation in the Corporate Data Catalog and documentation of data models.
- Analysis of data availability and quality, ensuring these during data integration into the Data Warehouse and overall operations.
- Management of IT and external IT developers/service providers.
- Application and independent technical interpretation of overarching standards in Cost Reporting & Controlling.
- Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of experience in designing and operating Business Intelligence Solutions in Finance & Controlling, as well as in consulting and coordination at the interface between the business area (Finance & Controlling) and IT.
- Ideally, extensive experience in operational cost and budget controlling, preferably with a focus on Sales and/or Aftersales, specifically in operational PLAN and ACT reporting processes.
- Preferably knowledge in the design of ETL processes (possibly APIs), data modeling, and the associated provision of reporting solutions/dashboards.
- Basic knowledge of SAP (ERP, SAP-BW, or SAP Analytics Cloud).
- Experience in user training and training concept development in an international context.
- Experience in agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, SAFe) as well as in international and agile project organizations.
- Fluent in German and English.
- Independent working style, high motivation, and initiative.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills along with pronounced problem-solving abilities.
