Beschreibung des Aufgabenbereichs

Als Senior Consultant Gesundheitsberatung bei KPMG unterstützt Du unsere Kunden in der Gesundheitsbranche bei der Entwicklung von Strategien und Lösungen für ihre Herausforderungen. Du bist Teil eines Teams, das sich auf die Beratung von Unternehmen und Institutionen in der Gesundheitswirtschaft spezialisiert hat.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Entwickle und implementiere Strategien für die Gesundheitsbranche, um unsere Kunden zu unterstützen.
  • Arbeite eng mit unseren Kunden zusammen, um ihre Herausforderungen zu verstehen und Lösungen zu entwickeln.
  • Unterstütze unsere Kunden bei der Digitalisierung ihrer Geschäftsprozesse und der Integration von Anwendungen der Telematik-Infrastruktur.
  • Konzipiere neue Target Operating Models für unsere Kunden und setze diese in den Projekten um.

Dein Profil

  • Senior Consultant (w/m/d) Gesundheitsberatung wirst Du bei uns mit einem abgeschlossenen Studium, idealerweise mit Vertiefung im Gesundheitswesen oder Medizin mit einer betriebswirtschaftlichen Zusatzausbildung.
  • Du verfügst über eine zweijährige Berufserfahrung und hast innerhalb dieser, oder auch während Praktika, Erfahrung in einer Unternehmensberatung sammeln können.
  • Du bringst Neugierde und Eigeninitiative mit, Dich mit den neuesten Trends im Gesundheitssystem auseinanderzusetzen und diese analytisch zu durchdringen.
  • Zu Deinen Stärken zählen Teamfähigkeit, hohe Kundenorientierung, analytische Fähigkeiten sowie souveränes Auftreten und unternehmerisches Denken.
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind für Dich selbstverständlich.
