AEG Power Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Subcontracting Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for managing our outsource partners and ensuring their successful ramp-ups, transitions, and overall performance.
Main Responsibilities- Partner Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our outsource partners to ensure their alignment with our business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement new concepts, principles, and methodologies to improve our outsource partners' accountability and results, including forecasts, scheduling, and lead times.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate and oversee the day-to-day activity, timely escalation, and resolution of all potential and actual issues.
- Collaboration: Contribute to peer success through collaboration, creativity, and giving critical constructive feedback.
- Representation: Represent the Operations team in various projects and initiatives.
- 3+ years of experience managing several vendors in a similar role for industrial assembly operations.
- Proven experience in creation and supervision of SLA/contracts, cost analysis, and make/buy scenarios.
- High communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to think analytically and strategically.
- Presentation skills and ability to convey complex information in a straightforward manner to senior management.
- Proven time management skills and ability to be flexible to meet job demands and take on new initiatives and improvement efforts.
- Business and financial acumen.
- Data-driven with excellent analytical skills.
- Strong planning, problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management.
