Your Tasks:

  • Independent management of construction sites in the field of technical insulation for industrial plants
  • Training and guidance of your subordinate employees and apprentices
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Site organization, material disposition, and cost control
  • Monitoring of work processes and work and time schedules
  • Monitoring of construction quality and pursuing, clarifying, and eliminating defects
  • Maintenance of construction site documentation (e.g. construction site diary, time records)
  • Measurement and billing of the construction projects you are responsible for
  • Observation and implementation of regulations for occupational safety and health
  • Practical work on the construction site you are responsible for
  • Closer exchange with all parties involved (project managers, clients, architects, etc.)

Your Profile:

  • Completed vocational training as an industrial insulation technician or equivalent
  • Desirable additional qualification as a polisher, certified technician, or master
  • Several years of professional experience in the field of insulation technology, preferably in technical insulation
  • Desirable first leadership experience in a comparable position
  • Good to very good knowledge of the German language (level C desirable)
  • Independent and cautious working style, high reliability, and well-developed team player mentality
  • Targeted communication with the respective project participants
  • Flexibility and willingness to occasionally manage out-of-town construction sites
  • Valid driving license for class B (formerly class 3)
