• Dive deep into the intricate processes of operational logistics, procurement, order processing, and raw material/packaging dispatch.
• Provide essential support to our operational business by handling customer orders, managing complaints, and addressing all logistics matters within the inbound and outbound areas.
• Plan, monitor, and optimize individual processes within Operational Procurement, ensuring a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Identify potential weaknesses in existing logistics and procurement procedures and contribute innovative solutions to enhance their effectiveness.
• Gain comprehensive insights into the interconnected departments within our Supply Chain Management (SCM) system, understanding the entire supply chain from procurement to delivery.
• Embark on a multi-week immersion program at one of our highland company locations, gaining firsthand experience in local and global processes across different countries.
• During the final four months of the program, receive intensive preparation for your target position in operational logistics/procurement, culminating in a permanent employment opportunity within our organization.

• Possess a successful completion of business studies with a focus on logistics/procurement or an equivalent qualification. Prior practical experience through internships or working student activities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate proficiency in common IT programs, preferably with some experience using SAP.
• Exhibit a strong interest in business administration and enthusiasm for digitalization trends.
• Possess excellent English communication skills and fluency in German. Knowledge of French is an asset.
• Showcase exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, coupled with a proactive, structured, analytical mindset, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
