Financial Operations Manager

Your responsibilities will include developing systems for efficient and accurate financial reporting to donors and funders, taking ownership of accounting policies and procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and implement financial systems and processes
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
* Take ownership of accounting policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Director of Finance on financial strategy
**Requirements:**
* Relevant education or certifications in accounting or finance
* Familiarity with German accounting standards
* Proficiency in English and German
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with DATEV
* Experience with data analysis tools
* Commercial and entrepreneurial mindset
