Senior SAP HR Consultant

Conexus is currently partnering with a global Discrete Manufacturing company to support their S/4HANA implementation. We are seeking a seasoned SAP HCM Consultant to join their team on a permanent basis.
As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing SAP HCM solutions for a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth operation, integration, and enhancement of human capital management processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation, optimization, and support of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop tailored solutions.
- Provide expert advice on SAP HCM best practices and improvements.
- Conduct system configurations, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless performance.
- Manage projects and provide guidance to junior consultants within the team.
- Train end users and develop documentation for system usage.
- Stay updated on the latest SAP HCM features and functionalities to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of experience as an SAP HCM Consultant, with a proven track record of success in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP HCM modules, including Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Payroll, and Time Management.
- Fluent in both German and English (verbal and written).
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Previous S/4HANA experience is highly beneficial.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in project management and leading teams is highly advantageous.
