About the Role

We are seeking a Facilities Supervisor (m/w/d) Cleaning Operations to join our team at Dorfner GmbH & Co. KG in Kronach, Germany.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning operations
  • Communicate with clients, create schedules, and prepare payroll
  • Monitor time records, workflows, and train cleaning staff
  • Represent cleaning staff
  • Assist with material ordering and delivery
Requirements
  • Independent and thorough work approach
  • Reliable and flexible team player
  • Previous experience in cleaning or a related field is an asset
  • Excellent German language skills are essential
  • Valid driver's license (Class B) is required
