Job Description

As part of a unique network system, Knappschaft Kliniken Solution GmbH supports the seven hospital associations in which the Deutsche Rentenversicherung Knappschaft-Bahn-See (DRV KBS) has at least a 50% stake. In addition to the Knappschaft Kliniken, the DRV KBS network system also includes the Minijob Center, the Pension Insurance, the Pension Supplement Insurance, the Health and Long-Term Care Insurance KNAPPSCHAFT, the Seafarers' Fund, and a medical competence network. Our goal is to implement synergies in all Knappschaft Kliniken. In this modern medical environment, we are looking for a full-time or part-time

Personnel Administrator (m/w/d) with SAP Payroll Experience to support the hospitals as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure smooth payroll and salary processing for our employees (all job types), including certification and answering questions about tax and social security law.
  • Participate in annual accounting and interface between financial accounting and personnel department.
  • Maintain data in the time management and personnel planning program Clinic Planner.
Requirements
  • Completed commercial training with a further education as a payroll and salary accountant (m/w/d) or comparable qualification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of hospital-specific personnel matters, exclusively in payroll processing.
  • Secure knowledge of labor, tax, social security, and tariff law (TVöD and TV-Ärzte VKA desirable).
  • Experienced use of common MS Office applications (Word, Excel) and the personnel management system PAISY.
